How do you save an MP3 file as Midi so I can send it to my cell phone?

Until just now i would have thought the answer was an mp3 can not be converted to a polyphonic type media file, but i just used a program called bitpim to extract all the files off my env touch and the ringtones that sound like mp3's are in .mid format.
Actually i was in the process of searching for a converter and playing with this new program of mine when i stumbled on a converter that it has built in... works great and it even lets me crop
 
You actually need to convert it as an Midi file.You can try downloading a trial version here... http://www.mp3towav.org/mp3-to-midi.asp

Or you can google "Mp3 to Midi converter" yourself.
