is ther a fuel pump reset ot a hidden fuse thats not in the manual the punp ia good and so is the relay but it isnt pumping full unless jumped in the diognostic board.
Sounds like a bad connection between the pump, and the power feed. Maybe you'll need to replace the pump with one that's a little more powerful, for greater pressure.
