How do you replace the left side windshield wiper blade on a 1999 dodge neon?

I took it out just fine both blades. I'm having trouble putting the left side windshield wiper(drivers side windshield wiper) on. Why is it more complex to install then the right windshield wiper? If you can find directions with pictures that would be nice. My car is a dual over head cam highline sports car if it helps.
 
Hints that sometimes help. Turn the car on, turn on the wipers, turn off the car when the wipers are high up so it's easier to work on.

Most wiper websites have diagrams. This one is fair. Rain-X and Anco have them, too I think.
