How do you replace the dash lights in a 1993 toyota camry?

I understand how to take the bezel off and i unscrewed the heating part of the dash and it would not come out very easy. The heating part pops out a little but it does not come out enough to change the bulbs. I was wandering if anybody had any ideas on how to change the bulbs on the heating/cooling part of the dash.
