how do you replace the bushing in a honda rancher?

i have a 04 honda rancher amd i took the tires and the shock off and the little like dust caps that cover up the ends of the holes on the side and theres a weird bold in there and i was like shit all that work for nothing so would i have to take it to a dealer and get the bushings/bearings replaced or haw could i get them som'bitches outta there
