the belt on my alternator has a huge tear in it. and i cant figure out how to losen the alternator itself so that i can slide the alternator to the side so that the belt can loosen itself up.
you have to take a breaker bar and put it on the belt tentioner and push down this will loosen the belts and while holding it down take the belt off you will have to do the same to put it back on good luck
