How do you remove Windows 7 (free trial) after it has expired from your computer?

Ok so a downloaded Windows 7 on a 3 month FREE trial, and now it has expired.
A don't want to purchase it so could you tell me how to permanently remove it from my computer?
Explain in detail plz, much appreciated.
