How do you remove the rear driver's side door off of a 2004 Toyota 4Runner

in order to get to the shell? The rear driver's side door on my car got dented in a good amount and I am trying to get the shell off to see if I can correct some of the damage. I can't find a diagram of the back door anywhere online. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
