How do you remove the front door panels on a 1993 Ford Taurus to replace the front

speakers? All that i have tried is to remove all the screws but unfortunately that didn't quite do it. Any suggestions?
 
I had a 94. The only problem I had getting the door panel off was getting the window knob off. You need a special tool to get it off, I think you should go up to an Auto Glass business and just ask if they can take it off for you because it's confusing to get it off. If you already got it off, try lifting up first then pulling out.
