How do you remove the base of the antenna and the front bumper from a 2004

Toyota Tacoma? I was in a wreck, and the right fender and the right side of my front bumper were crushed, and, to save money, me and my dad want to fix this ourselves. So any help would be appreciated! And the more detailed the answer, the better.
