How do you remove a factory installed stereo on a 2003 Dodge Ram?

I need to remove the factory stereo to put in a cd player, but I can't get the dash off.
 
that's hard you have to take out the whole front part of the dash all the way from the driver side to the center console you have to put the e brake on and put the steering wheel all the way down and put the shifter in 1 and that should do it oh of course take the screw driver and take all the screws out philip screw driver
