I just want to make it until tax returns so that I can move but I want a good letter of recommendation. It is hard because I work with all women and it is awful! Many co-workers are manipulative and backstabbing. The director is abusive and has terrible mood swings. How do I remain calm and focused on my goal, and maintain a positive attitude? If I can, I can get that letter of recommendation.

This is the first job I have had for over a year- I have really pulled myself together this year and am doing well in the capacity. I don't have much to show from before this year though.
