How Do You Put Pictures Off Of Your Photoshop On Your MySpace When You Have A Mac?

I Can't Get One Of My Pics I Want On My Myspace Cause Edited I On Photoshop. But I Don't Know How To Change The Type Of The Picture Cause I Have A Mac.
 
Ok, if you are using photoshop (doesn't matter what version) the way you change the format is you go up to "File" then "Save as" then when the save dialog box comes up. Under where it says "File Format" or something close, click that drop down box and click "Jpeg" (.jpg) and save it. There you go.
