How do you put on feather eyelashes ?

I love using fake eyelashes but im about to try some feather ones for halloween ,does anyone have any tips for putting them with ease the back of the pack doesn't really go into any detail .
Uh why would i google it , its called yahooanswers for a reason, lol.
