how do you present written information to the courts?

are you supposed to be as detailed as possible in a written statement with information or are you supposed to sum everything up so that the judge doesn't spend forever reading a 15 page document including pictures?

it's for visitation/child support/supervised visitation/peaceful contact/ and things of that nature. i have loads of information regarding each matter and what i'm mostly concerned about is presenting so much information that it turns off the judge possibly p*ssing him off and making him not want to read it. should i just lay it all out or be very picky about what i include?

any advice on if i should present my statement at the court hearing or if i should risk submitting it beforehand allowing the Mother to see it giving her the opportunity to conjure up every lie and excuse to avoid a fair order? i'm not sure how it works.
if she see's it she will have the upper hand but if i wait to submit the information at the court hearing im thinking they might not accept it

it's ridiculous how confusing all this court sh*t can be...
