How do you oven cook a turkey?

Don't do it without supervision!
You will need to take it out of the oven a couple of times to baste it so 3X in total and all I can see is an accident waiting to happen.
 
How do you oven cook a turkey? What to use? What are the steps? This is actually a turkey breast about the size of a head. How do I oven cook it? Any tips on how to make it taste better? My grandma wants me to cook it for her while shes at work and im only 13 so I have no idea where to even start. Please Help!
