how do you move photos from one album to another on facebook?

Everyone says to use the drop down menu, but I don't seem to have one.
I am a bit of a noob at facebook, but it so so frustrating, I have two albums one is photo archive and I want to move the photos into my new 'My Photos' album.
How???
