I downloaded a program which is in ISO format . i was told to mount the image on a cd and then run it through the cd. how do i do that ...

1.) Mark j be mature here. 2.) google search clone drive and install on computer. It'll ask how many drives you wanna make. after setup is done, go to my computer right click the clone drive and mount, find your file click open, and voila.

get an iso mounting program like nero burning rom or alcohol 120%

you just upload the .iso file into the program, and click mount on disc or dvd or whatever,

you insert your disk (most times it needs to be a DVD-RW), and the image is burned to it. this essentially creates a copy of the original disc.

then open and close the disc drive once it is done burning, and it will automatically start running the program installed on the disc, like you would expect from a game or program disc.

the beauty of alcohol 120% is that it allows you to mount the image to a virtual drive, bypassing the need to burn a disc.

Download Daemon Tools Lite.

In the Bar where it says Mount Image specify the file you want to mount and it will virtually mount the ISO image. Then go to MY computer and select the corresponding icon to the program you want to run.

(For example, after I downloaded Fa Cry 2, I double clicked ont he far Cry 2 Installation wizard icon ).

Hope I helped you !
