how do you motivate yourself to continue writing?

I really have trouble getting myself to start writing. I'm almost finished, but it's really difficult to start writing, but once i enter the process, i find no trouble.

I also don't want to make myself write while i'm not really into it, because then i would just write any crap, and I don't want to write any crap.

I've been siting in front of my computer all day, i've even said no to an outing, and still I didn't get anything down. How can I solve this so I could not waste as much time as i do.
 
You have to just start writing. Open a new document and just start typing words. It doesn't have to be anything good, just get into the rhythm of typing. Before you know it the words will come flowing out again.
 
listen to music. i get all my plots from listening to music. you can find a story if you think hard enough.
also go to fanfiction.net
they have storys that ppl wrote and i get inspired and think of my own =]
