how do you mask in sony vegas movie studio platnium 10.0?

i just got the program and have used the pro 9.0 version in the past, and i do a lot of masking in my videos.
But when i got it and opened pan crop the masking tool wasn't there.
Is masking not in the version i got?
or is the tool somewhere else in the program?

this is really killing me.
