how do you manage photos on iphone?

ok so i connect my iphone to my computer and go to: my computer>iphone. however, it wont open. how else can i make new albums/put photos on my phone from my computer/put them on my computer??

1 (easier) go under your iphone under photos and check the albums you want
2 you can drag them in through you "my computer"
