How do you make your own sound be played by a MIDI?

i have a short 1 second sound and i want to map it so that it is auto-tuned correspondingly to a MIDI track. How can i do that and with what programs.
(i have Finale, FL Studio, MixCraft and Notation Composer if you can explain with any of those programs if not which program do i need)
