How do you make your own nextel wallpaper for pics stored on your computer?

Can someone help me by telling me how to make nextel wallpapers for an i730 from pics stored on your pc. Also can someone tell me a software used to make this wallpaper. Thanx

the easiest program to use is infranview... you can just resize... 130x130 or 130x125 gif non interlaced... hope this helps...
