first, find a trustable website where you can send ideas as an inventor. this may cost some.
the odds of them actually developing your sport are 1/20. sorry. BUT some can get discovered an odd way...
create flyers explaining the sport and put them everywhere. host meetings and gather teams. the news might spread. host fundraisers for equiptment and advertisement.
you couldn't SELL tickets until the game is popular. host open games for a year or so.
but don't count on creating a new sport, don't put all your cash towards it.
