How do you make blackberry conference calls?

Me and my friends all have a blackberry and we love using BBM but we want to make a conference call but every time someone tries to do it, it says conference failed, even though everyone was connected. We really want to figure this out if anyone knows how to do it you would be a saviour !! Loool
