Search Hotscripts.com for Photo gallery software and you wil find what you need !

it wont be photo bucket but it should work with a few add-ons from their repository of module for each program !

These three Programs stand out !

They all have to some or other degree the capability that you need
 
One that can have many photos uploaded and searched for..E.G PhotoBucket.

I was also considering things like Good Hosting Servers that could provide me with the space I would need.

And also compatability with contextual advertising networks such as GoogleAdsense.

I understand this isnt a strait foward question. And allthough I am far from rich, I am willing to pay for any decent information. TY
