How do you make an HTML Password Form,?

I want to have a password form on my site that visitors can type something in, but the data is not sent anywhere, i just want it to take the visitor to a certain page if they type in the correct password. Is there a way to do that?
That code you gave me didn't work...It just said cannot find the file...Sorry if I am missing something obvious
