How Do You Make a Monster Flash File?

How do you make a monster flash file for cricket? I have a phone for cricket and I want to copy its software into a file and then flash it onto the same model of phone thats currently locked to metropcs. I did a couple search's and didnt find much. Any help?? or is this just not possible
 
1st off what kind of phone is it, 2nd CDMA phones as far as what i have read work differntly then GSM, on CDMA phones you need to have the monster file in order flash it and you can copy it from the phone and paste it like you can on GSM phones well most anyway.
 
oh i didnt mean it to come off as anything else. I just need to know how I can copy one phones soft so I can be able to just paste it to another of the same model. I'm basically just asking if I do this and just load it up on the other phone will that be the end of the process? as in no more editing, no need to load prl's or change spc codes. just load and its ready to roll like the other monster flash's

oh yea and the phone is a kyocera strobe k612. I have 1 unactivated that I have full working with pic's and web for cricket and then I have 1 that I need to flash on over. So I was seeing if I could copy all the soft from my cricket k612 and just load it up on the other one and be ready to roll.
