...Good Stuff? Hi, I was wanting to learn how to do a little pottery, mostly cups and plates, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about it. I would love if for someone who has some experience and a little knowledge about the products available to respond. I figure I can find out how to shape them as I go along but what type of a clay or material would I use for the cup itself and then to paint it. Can you cook them in a kitchen oven or does that not get hot enough? I would like them to last a good while, I could hand wash them if I had to but it would be even better if I could put them in a dishwasher. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!!!
