How do you make a budgie do things like talk or dance?

I have 2 budgies in 1 cage and I think its harder to make one do anything. How can I make them dance or talk? Do you guys have a method?

Usually Budgies dont do much in terms of performance like an African Grey or Macaw would. And they dont have the ability to talk. But you could always try to train it to do something! The key is to use its FAVORITE treats!
