How do you make a brand new bike look old (Easy 10 Points)?

I have a brand new beach cruiser but I want it to look extremely old, I want it to look like my dad gave it to be because it used to be his bike and his grandfather gave it to him. Can you go into as much detail as you possibly can, rims, tires, frame, seat, handlebars, go into the whole thing. I want the bike to look like it bearly works!
 
if you can find it a sand blaster
and just give it a little spray with that that will scrathc the paint and and kinda tear it up
while not ruining the bike itself
