How do you lower ur ussage for the iPhone?

I just got A 3G iPhone and I've used alot of data on the net. I don't want to go over my cap. I hear there is an App that makes web pages smaller and lowers ur net ussage. What's it called?

Also any other cool App suggestions would be appreciated.
