How do you litter train a rabbit?

I just bought a two month old female Holland lop.
I use sawdust in her litter tray, How can I litter train her so she'll ONLY poop in the litter tray?
How long will it take to do? And how often should I replace the litter

Also,
I am currently using hay as a bedding, but she is currently eating it, is hay the wrong choice or should I continue using it?
