How do you list multiple authors on the first page for a paper you're

co-authoring in MLA format? I am co-authoring a paper with the rest of my group for school. We each wrote part of the paper. I am trying to figure out the proper format for the *FIRST PAGE* where you are supposed to write your name, then your professor, then the class, then the date. Do I write our names separated by commas all on one line.. or do I write them on separate lines? I am NOT talking about multiple authors in works cited!! But this is the only info I can find.
