We just recently bought a chevy tahoe and the remote control was not in the car. The dealership we bought the car from ordered us a new remote. They said we may need to link it to the player, but no one there knew how to do it. Every time we cut the car off we have to start the movie over because the back seat screen goes off. You can hear the movie playing but you can't see it until you start it over. What a pain. Can anyone help?
