How do you like the Lexus gs 300 (yr 92-96)?

I want to get a lexus gs 300 year 95 it has 162k miles and its salvage title, needs the front back bumper, right fender changed, it also has to front seats torn. the engine runs decsent he said that he has changed the power steering but it makes squelling sound.
He is selling it for $2,100
How does that sound?
It looks pretty cool will the front bumper is a little torn but the back is also ripped but its under so you cant really tell but the paint is chipping by the license plate.
 
are you nuts? do you just want to say you own a lexus or are you crazy which one is it? keep the 2,000 you have and go buy a honda accord or any used car for that matter without a salvage title.
