How do you know when Linguiça is fully cooked?
Can it be red on the inside? My boyfriend told me I should put the meat into a pan full of potatoes next time I cook because the potatoes took too long to cook last time I made the meat first then added potatoes. So I did it when I was on the phone with my mom and she said that they won't cook all the way because they weren't all touching the pan. I kept stirring them and they looked cooked. But I noticed the inside of a few of them were red. My boyfriend said don't worry they are cooked. But now I am freaking out and feel like throwing up. Can I get parasites or something now?
I cooked potatoes then added linguica. But pan was almost full of potatoes when I did that.
No one answers my question and I can be dying from food poisoning right now! Thanks!
