How do you know if your laptop has bluetooth, and if it does how do you turn it on?

I have a dell studio (windows vista) and I was wondering if there was bluetooth on it. If there is, any suggestions on how to turn it on???
I want to be able to send things through bluetooth between my phone and computer,, thank you!
 
It would have clearly stated it in the sales ad when you bought it if it were. Secondly, just having bluetooth on your pc probably wont allow you to download or upload to your phone because most phone carriers block file transfers in bluetooth. They do this so they can charge you extra monthly fees to transfer files to your e mail
