Well guys, I live in Houston TX, I haven't talked or been around anyone who might or does have a flu. But I myself am sick, I've been sick since April 18th [Last Saturday] with Flu like Symptons, problem is the Swing Flu is like the Flu, so it's hard to tell.
The only symptons I have is:
Coughs, Stuffed / Running Nose, Headaches, and tiredness.
I don't have a fever or vomit.

There's no way to tell the difference between swine flu and any other strain of flu besides a lab test. If you feel you might have swine flu, see your doctor. I personally recommend you take some over-the-counter flu remedies and call it a day. Most of the US swine flu patients recovered without even the use of Tamiflu or other prescription flu meds. It's really not that big of a deal (yet).
By the way, fever of over 102* is a key symptom, as well as the chills. You'll be fine.
