how do you know if an alloy wheel can support the weight of your car?

some of the wheels i wanna buy weight 15 lbs each. is there like a code stamped on the side of the wheel that tells how much weight the wheel can support?
 
Get the specs on the wheel from the manufacturer and if they can't give them, they don't know and are probably dangerous, especially in stress situations. Probably any wheel sold can carry the weight of the car, but if you are driving at 60 and have dodge something in the road and to stand on the brakes while you are doing it, weak wheels may break and leave you crashing.
