How do you keep your cat from getting hair on the outdoor furniture?

Hello!
My cat loves to lay on our outdoor furniture. That would be fine if he didnt get hair all over it. And it doesnt help that he's long haired. Has this happened to you? What did you do to pervent it. We could shave him but his long hair is so fluffy and cute. What should I do?
