I just switched to a gluten free diet for health reasons and I started eating brown rice pasta, which is light and delicious when you eat it immediately after you cook it, but as leftovers, it tastes horrible. It's tasteless and dry and bland. I've tried adding olive oil, vegetables and spices, but it doesn't take away the dryness and the bland taste. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
