How do you import pictures from a BlackBerry to a computer?

I took some pictures without the media card inside my BlackBerry and I can still view those pictures in my BlackBerry obviously. But when I try to import the pictures (without the media card) into the computer, there's none in the picture file. I looked through every other file and there's still nothing.
Is there a way to import the pictures that I took without the media card to the computer?
Did this happen to you before?
