how do you hook up a aftermarket amplifier to a stock cd player in a 2002 ford...

...explorer sport? i have a set of speakers and a amplifier that i am wanting to hook up in a ford explorer sport, but i dont want to change the stock cd player. how do i get around this to hook it up since the stock cd player doesnt have RCA inputs or a place for the remote wire.??
 
to do it right you need a aftermarket cd player but if not you can just hook the remote wire the something that only comes on with the car and for the rca's thay sell a high to low input converter most older amps came with them biult in
