I am just wondering what statistics/tendencies to look for when handicapping a football game. Obviously if you have a magic formula you won't give it to me for free (but you can if you want haha), but what are some things you HAVE to look for when trying to pick a winner against the spread? Thanks! Smart-azz answers are definitely welcome, but hopefully I get some helpful ones too.
