How do you get youtube to do this vidoes and other adobe flash things to do this.?

My friend had some kind of plugin or something that showed youtube videos fullscreen automatically, but not normal full screen either it was like full screen just inside the browser, for example he could still use his taskbar while remaining in fullscreen unlike when you use the button for full screen you have to hit esc to touch the taskbar, anyone know? btw I don't talk to him anymore so I can't ask him
