How do you get the headlight covers off a jeep to clean the covers.?

There is a film that has built up on the inside of my 2001 jeep cherokee laredos headlights. I need to get inside to clean them out - any ideas?
 
hmm..i think mine is a 2 piece so you might be able to unclip the the 2 sections of the light...or not
 
I don't think that you can take them apart i think you need to just buy new headlights
