How do you get rid of photoshop without CD?

Alright so I have Photoshop CS3 and suddenly it just stopped working. So it's like okay. fine, don't work. So I tried to uninstall it and it tells me I need the CD. Now my friend, that gave me the CD, only let me download it and put the keygen. Does anyone know how to uninstall it without the CD?
PS. I can't get the CD from her. She's on the other side of the world now.
