LL's clay baths are supposed to be very good and pretty fast. Another option is Natural Cellular Defense by Waiora, this one worked very well for me. That's why I decided to sign on as a distributor. It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it and it's one of the only safe ways to chelate that I have come across. Most ways of chelation (removing the mercury from your body) can cause too much mercury to brush across delicate tissues and organs on it's way out of your body, if it ever actually leaves your body at all and does not simply become mobilized and released somewhere else in your body, possibly in a more harmful place.
If you are mercury poisoned, mercury is some nasty stuff, I almost died from it myself. I used Natural Cellular Defense and it worked very well and very quickly for me although it did not completely eliminate my problems (I still have 9 mercury fillings in my mouth that are constantly recontaminating me). There are other options as well, some seem good and some are very dangerous. Andy Cutler has the best book on the subject and tells you about some dangers that you otherwise may not be warned about by someone who's just trying to sell you something. I honestly have not heard of any side effects from the product I sell and I only believe in selling products that I believe in 100%.
Whatever you do, don't try to detox without doing some basic research on the topic, there are way to many stories on the web about the chelation of mercury gone horribly wrong with horrific side effects. The cheapest thing would be to do some of LL's magnetic clay baths and see how they work for you, they work very well and quickly for many people. I found mine on the internet for $50, although they had it other places on the web for around $100.
If you think you are mercury poisoned by your mercury (all silver colored fillings contain about 50% mercury) fillings, then please see a holistic dentist that will use safety procedures to protect you during the removal of the fillings. When a dentist drills into them, you are exposed to quite a bit of mercury if no safety measures are taken to protect you.
