How do you get pictures off of an LG CU500 that wont charge at all anymore?

I have some old photos of a vacation i went on with my family that i want to put on facebook but the pics are on my old JG CU500 that will no longer charge, at all, like not a tiny bit. i need a way to get the pics off of there without having to turn it on. any suggestions?
I meant LG!!! not JG!!!
